This week:
Endive Salad and 44 Clove Garlic Soup- This soup will make the house smell for the rest of the week but SOMEONE has been hinting that I haven't made it for a long time and they think I ought to... I'm not naming names, but he looks a lot like Martijn.
Crockpot Coconut Curry Chicken- I seem to have a plethora of random chicken parts in my freezer, so I'm trying to use them up. I thought this looked interesting!
Baked Falafels- Repeat from last week, I didn't get to it.
Greek Chicken with Cheese- Again with the gobs of chicken, plus I have some feta from last week that needs to be eaten.
Spaghetti Squash- My in-laws are growing spaghetti squash in their garden this year and so I have one to try. I've not made it before, so I haven't decided what I'm going to do quite yet. Just that we'll be having spaghetti squash one night this week!
What are YOU eating this week?

Oh. I love falafel -- I'm really going to have to try that recipe. The Greek chicken sounds yummy too.
Actually getting to the point of planning meals is something I've been meaning to do for some time now. Thing is, I'm not always sure what we're having! But I always cook from scratch, so something gets pulled out of thin air on the day. Tonight however I have no idea, it's time for a run to the store and so I'm having to phone the better half of me and beg for him to stop by on his way home from work. He loves me right?
What great meal ideas you have though! I'll be checking these out! x
I'm always envious of those moms who can do and stick to a menu plan. Being that I don't cook....I leave that to my husband. And he's a fly by his seat kind of a guy.
Oh my, the 44 garlic clove soup sound wonderful! You have inspired a post - on recipes that will use up the excess from your garden. I found a recipe that uses 10 onions in a Roasted Tomato Sauce (at The Thrifty Country Woman). With both recipes I have thought wow, what a delicious way to use up the excess odd ball stuff from the garden. Thanks for sharing the link.
